Who counts as a seat?

Anyone on your side who logs in: admins, managers and team members. The customers and suppliers you invite are clients — they log in, upload and download, and are never billed.

What’s in the free trial?

Everything, for 14 days, for your whole team, with 50 GB of managed storage. No card. At the end you add seats or walk away; nothing is charged silently.

How is storage billed?

On the average GB stored during the month, above the 50 GB included. Downloads and uploads in normal proportion are included; we’ll talk to you before ever charging for transfer.

Do we need managed storage?

No. Connect your own S3 — or Cloudflare R2, Wasabi, Backblaze B2, MinIO — and storage costs you nothing from us. Managed is for teams who don’t want to run storage at all. Azure Blob and SharePoint are being built; ask and we will tell you where they are.

Enterprise, many sites, custom domain, API?

Same seat price. Custom domains and the automation API are add-ons we’re finishing now — ask and we’ll tell you the date.

Currency and invoices?

Prices are in Indian rupees, plus GST where it applies. We invoice you — no card is asked for and none is stored. Monthly or yearly.
