How to cancel

Any admin can cancel from Billing inside the product, or you can email uploaditz@grandfieldmedia.com and we will do it the same working day. There is no notice period, no cancellation fee, and nobody will telephone you to talk you out of it.

What happens next

• A monthly plan runs to the end of the month you have paid for. Nothing further is charged.
• A yearly plan runs to the end of the year you have paid for, and we refund the unused whole months — see the refund policy.
• Your people keep working until then. We do not switch anything off the moment you cancel.

What happens to your files

Uploaditz never holds your file contents. If you brought your own bucket, nothing of yours moves at all — we simply stop indexing it. If we manage your storage, the bucket is yours: we hand it over, or copy everything wherever you ask, at no charge.

Your index and your audit trail are exported to you on request, in a format you can read without us. We delete your data 30 days after the account closes, or sooner if you ask.

Changing your mind

Tell us within those 30 days and everything comes back exactly as it was, including who could see which folder.
